Nexx Level Plus

Nexx Level Plus is a mentoring and sports organization located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Their mission is to inspire, enhance, and empower athletes and individuals to reach their full potential on and off the court. They utilize the game of basketball as a vehicle to passionately mentor in the areas of character, leadership, vision, identity, and purpose.

Clifton Lynch is the Founder and President of Nexx Level Plus. He is an educator, entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, coach, mentor, and sports trainer. His passion is to develop self-esteem, self-confidence, social skills, character, and great leadership in youth and to empower them to reach their full potential.
